Thousands of people packed the vendor filled showroom at the Phoenix Convention Center to learn about the newest and greatest developments in the telecom industry relating to Avaya. Vendors appeared to spare no expense in their hi-tech booth displays featuring flat screen TV’s, attractive booth architecture and live demonstrations of their products to draw customers in. BBX Technologies, whose booth was located across from the Avaya display, experienced heavy traffic and often large crowds of customers fully engaged with the BBX team to learn more about their Vuesion Contact Center and the new CCaaS cloud offering.

Although there were many key themes regarding Vuesion that seemed to grab customers’ attention, two themes clearly made a significant impact. Ongoing maintenance fees and subscription based cloud CCaaS. Many companies are running antiquated enterprise level solutions and are paying high cost in annual maintenance fees for their contact center solutions and multiple 3rd party add-ons.

Many customers quickly realized and were very interested in being able to migrate to a more robust Vuesion solution, whether deployed as hybrid or hosted CCaaS.  This theme is just one of many from the show that caught the attention of attendees and displayed the benefit of Vuesion. The show was a great success for BBX Technologies.
